CEGAH KEKERASAN TERHADAP ANAK, KELOMPOK KKNT - 4B SLEMANAN SELENGGARAKAN WORKSHOP RAMAH ANAK

Kasus kekerasan terhadap anak kerap kali menjadi perbincangan di media social maupun media massa. Korban yang kebanyakan adalah anak dibawah umur seringkali menjadi target atas ketidaktanggungjawabnya para pelaku. Kasus kekerasan terhadap anak juga semakin hari semakin memprihatinkan. Seperti data yang dikutip dari Mayangkara news terdapat 28 laporan kasus kekerasan terhitung mulai awal Januari sampai Juli 2019, yang ditangani oleh Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak di Kota Blitar. Menyadari akan banyaknya permasalahan terkait kekerasan terhadap anak, kelompok KKNT-4B Slemanan menyelenggarakan workshop dengan tema Ramah Pembelajaran Sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Terhadap Anak di desa Slemanan – Blitar dengan mengundang tenaga pendidik, perangkat desa, serta perwakilan tokoh-tokoh masyarakat sekecamatan Udanawu-Blitar. tujuan diselenggarakannya workshop ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman terhadap masyarakat, para guru dan tokoh masyarakat terkait permasalahan kekerasan anak, bentuk-bentuk kekerasan terhadap anak serta dampak dan penanggulangan masalah kekerasan terhadap anak.

Penyajian Materi Oleh Ketua KPAI Kota Kediri

Agenda workshop dibuka langsung oleh ketua pelaksana KKNT UNISKA Kediri. Turut hadir para muspida kecamatan Udanawu serta Kasatreskrim kota Blitar selaku pemberi materi. Selain itu, ketua KPAI kota Kediri dan Dr. Moh. Naim Musafik, M.Pd  juga mengambil bagian menjadi pemateri workshop. Penyajian materi berlangsung seru, penjelasan demi penjelasan yang disampaikan sangat komprehensif dan factual. Agenda workshop semakin seru ketika sesi tanya jawab dibuka oleh moderator. Satu demi satu peserta workshop tak hentinya mengajukan pertanyaan terkait permasalahan anak di sekolah, di masyarakat dan juga di lingkungan bermain. Pertanyaan yang bermunculan akibat keresahan para orang tua menangani sikap dan perilaku anak yang semakin hari juga memprihatinkan. Jawaban lugas pun disampaikan oleh para pemateri, bahwasanya masalah kekerasan anak bisa terjadi dimana saja, dan kapan saja. Oleh karena itu yang perlu dilakukan oleh orang tua adalah fungsi control dan pola pengasuhan yang tepat pada anak sehingga ketika anak merasa diawasi dan diperhatikan hal itu mampu mengurangi sikap anak yang kerap kali lebih memilih bermain di luar rumah daripada di rumah. Terkait kekerasan di sekolah, para guru harus terbiasa mendidik siswa dengan menerapkan pola love and care artinya dengan menganut tidak adanya murid nakal adanya anak berprestasi, sehingga pola didik  penerapan pendidikan yang ramah bagi siswa dapat tercapai. Karena sejatinya masalah kekerasan anak adalah masalah bersama, para orang tua, guru dan masyarakat harus bersama-sama melindungi hak-hak anak dan memberikan rasa aman terhadap perkembangan anak tanpa adanya kekerasan.

Qualitative Journal is a kind of research which mostly explore in depth research. This is because of this research, generalize the problem naturally without any intervention to the subject or the condition happens. In this case, this research has some stages in writing based on the international journal template that will be presented below. The writer analyze one of the international journal entitled “A Concern Towards The Society and Internalization of Academic Ethics for Primary Education Students: Perspective of Lecturers’ Role”. The contains of each stage is delivered below.

·         Title

The title of this journal is “A Concern Towards The Society and Internalization of Academic Ethics for Primary Education Students: Perspective of Lecturers’ Role”. This title has focused on the perspective of lecturers’ role in academic ethics for primary education students.

·         Writer

There are three writers in this research. They are Mohammad Syarif Sumantri, Henti Sulistiowati, and Nurhartati Fuad.

·         Abstract

In abstract stage, the write explain about the whole objective of this research is to find out about the conduct of the Master’s program in primary education which is as a revision of the curriculum that emphasizes on learning outcomes which the students have academic and ethical social awareness. Their research use qualitative approach that the evaluation program as their research design. The instruments are interview and observation guidelines. The data use qualitative analysis as well. Then the result is the idea and purpose of implementing the program to strengthen social awareness in the community and academic ethics of the master of primary education in relation to the role of lecturers is support for the revitalization of the curriculum primary education of the masters program.

The keywords are social awareness, internalization, academic ethics, lecturers’ role.

·         Introduction

In this stage, the writers describe about students awareness to society in various actions. So that the students need to optimize the role of academia through a variety of actions in accordance with the capacity and capability that is owned in the face of various social problems that exist in the environmental community. Academic ethics contains the universal values that are associated with honesty, openness, objectivity, respect each other and do not apply discriminatory. In line with this, the lecturer is an instrumental to developing academic ethics of collage students in various educational activities on campus.

Based on the explanation above,  the research only focus on the students’ concern to society and the internalization of ethical academic students of primary education in terms of the role of the lecturer.

·         Method

The method of this research is a research method evaluation of program curriculum using illuminative model or as the conceptual framework. Illuminative model more emphasis on qualitative evaluation of open (open-ended). There are three stages, such as; the stage of observation on the programs and the people that exist in it , the second is the process of narrowing and focus, and final stage is looking for a general principle underlying the programme are being carried out.

·         Results and Discussions

The result of this study shows that the lecturers, are very supportive to carry out writing training programs from the beginning as a means to familiarize academic ethics and for the social care needs to involve since the beginning of the semester in service activities. Most students (75%) argued that the idea of a scientific paper writing training program arose because of concerns about the prevalence of plagiarism, although some teachers (25%) disagreed with the above.

·         Conclusion

Based on this research, it will be concluded that The first, the professors agree that the basic education mater’s degree program’s curriculum needs to be done to revitalize particular more emphasis on developing students in raising awareness of the community by engaging early on in a variety of the activities of the public service and received an award in the form of a certificate of point. The second, based on the findings showed that the role lecturer should be able to give the model and guide against the ethics of the academic activities through modeling and gave tribute to the students who behave according to academic ethics, for example lecturers accustome checking out the writings of the students through the plagiarism program.  

5 WAYS TO BECOME AN EDUCATIONAL LEADER

There are two terms in the topic of this article, for instance educational and leader. Educational refers to an institutional which is focus on education system. While leader is someone who is chosen by the group of the people in leading the program. In short,  Educational leader defines as  someone who has huge contributions in leading the community, especially in educational program. The leader is not only leading the program but also has huge important decision to achieve the greatest program. In case, to be an educational leader, there are five ways that will be explained further below.

  

First, the leader must read, listen to, and write professional articles, blogs, books, and podcasts. This means that an educational leader has to have capability and good at reading, listening and writing to improve the quality information to the people. On the other hand, by having professional articles, blogs, books and podcast involve the leader to increase much knowledge in her/his leading. In other words, by doing the professional project might add many views of sources of education.  

Second, Attend and present at conferences. Being an educational leader, it is really important to have much knowledge related to education. It is because of he/she will give their huge contributions in educational context. Attending at conference is needed to increase academic knowledge. On the other hand, the leader will have good network with the people who has same intention as well. presenting at conference is the best way to share the issues faced in educational system. Because , the leader can face many people who are concerning the education issues. This also add self-quality in national and international network to be a great leader in education.  

Third, the leader should do volunteer to help other people by serving an educational boards or committees. This way can build the leadership of the educational leader. Based on his/her job, being a volunteer is one of the most important thing in implementing the social life context. In case, this way also has important contributions in real life education context.

Fourth, the leader used to mentor new teachers and network with school, district, state and national colleagues. In leading the educational program, the leader has to have and used to mentoring new teacher and network with school. It proves the ability in teaching skill to be a qualified leader. Besides, this way leads the leader to understand the social issues in educational context that they faced. It is also the best way to add the qualification of mentoring and leading.  

The last, an educational leader should get involved with educational opportunities outside the district-state and national summer institutes for teachers, the national writing project or start work on your national board certification. It can prove the leadership in leading and sharing the knowledge. Besides, this way can give many advantages to have great chance in facing the issues not only in one district but also in other district. Because, being an educational leader, he/she must have know the condition of the district they have.

From the explanation above, it will be concluded that being an educational leader, we must have some capability and capacity to do the best thing in our job such as having professional articles, blog or podcast, attending the conference  to present the issues we faced, doing some volunteer activity in educational environment and doing the educational project outside the district as well. Being an educational leader also prove us to have a quality in leadership especially in education context. Because it builds self-leadership and increase the background knowledge in education problem.
